Images can be purchased in two different formats:

ROYALTY-FREE - The Royalty-Free license grants you non-exclusive use of the image. Once you purchase an image, it is pre-cleared and ready to use in a variety of ways including advertising, brochures, packaging, websites, multimedia projects, and more.
There are very few restrictions placed on how you can use these images.

YOU CANNOT:

1. Resell the images or part of them;
   
2. Share or distribute the images that you bought to another people or companies;
   
3. Use images of models or recognized proprieties in any way that can suggest any relationship or connection between them and any products, services or ideas.

RIGHTS MANAGED - With Rights Managed images, you are purchasing a license to use the image, not purchasing the image itself. Rights Managed images are licensed for specific predefined usages, meaning that the clients must identify how, where, and for how long they would like to use the image(s). The usage fees are based on the usage as requested.

By using rights managed, you are ensured that there is limited usage of the image; you can even request exclusive rights to an image to eliminate its simultaneous usage by other agencies and competitors.

YOU CANNOT:

1. Edit or alter the images unless authorized;
   
2. Use images of models or recognized proprieties in any way that can suggest any relationship or connection between them and any products, services or ideas;
   
3. Use the photo in any way OTHER than that which is explicitly stated on the specific license without paying an additional fee.

The payments can be done by deposit or electronic bank transfer.

The data and private information about the bank and accounts will be provided with the copyright and license contracts.

» shipping and handling

The digital images will be sent by e-mail or by mail (cd), depending on the quantity and size of images.

The cd’s of the Series: “Nature Lines” will be sent by mail. There is a US$10 extra cost by each burned cd.

After your order, the products will be sent to you by mail in the next 48 hours.

The shipping and handling costs are not included in the prices of images and cd’s and will be added to final prices of the products.
